At Dulari, we are deeply committed to serving sick, injured, abandoned, paralyzed, disabled, and traumatized street animals, guiding them toward a future filled with health, safety, dignity, and care. Every animal that comes to us carries a story of struggle, and our mission is to replace that suffering with healing, compassion, and hope.
Dulari Animal Care Centre is a collaborative initiative of the Vasundhara Animal Welfare Trust and People for Animals, established with the support of the NOIDA Authority in June 2024. Located in Sector 34, Noida, our centre was created to address the growing need for structured, professional, and humane animal healthcare services for street animals in the region. What began as a vision to provide urgent medical assistance has now evolved into a comprehensive facility dedicated to rescue, treatment, rehabilitation, and long-term welfare.
Our centre is equipped with both Inpatient (IPD) and Outpatient (OPD) services, allowing us to handle emergency cases as well as routine medical care. Animals requiring intensive treatment, post-surgical recovery, or long-term rehabilitation are admitted into our IPD facility, where they receive round-the-clock monitoring, proper nutrition, medication, and specialized care. Through our OPD services, we also provide consultations, vaccinations, wound management, and follow-up treatments for rescued and community animals.
Our work is made possible by a dedicated team of experienced veterinarians, trained caregivers, rescue workers, and volunteers who work tirelessly to ensure that every animal is treated with kindness and respect. We understand that healing is not only physical but emotional as well. Many of the animals we rescue have endured neglect, abuse, or prolonged suffering, leaving them fearful and withdrawn. Through patience, gentle handling, and consistent care, we help them regain trust and confidence, preparing them for a life free from fear.
Beyond medical care, Dulari actively promotes responsible animal welfare practices, including sterilization, vaccination, and awareness about humane treatment of animals. We engage with local communities to encourage compassion, coexistence, and accountability toward street animals. By addressing the root causes of animal suffering—such as overpopulation, lack of medical access, and public neglect—we aim to create sustainable change rather than temporary relief.
We strongly believe that kindness toward animals reflects the moral strength of a society. Creating compassion for animals does not only protect vulnerable lives but also nurtures empathy, responsibility, and harmony within human communities. When people learn to care for those who cannot speak for themselves, society becomes more humane and balanced.
